In addition to the need for home insurance which most of us have, the activities and responsibilities of Methodist church officials can mean that you have additional insurance requirements which many home policies may not adequately meet.
Our new extended Home Shield Policy is designed to meet these additional requirements. Whilst a properly arranged Church policy may make these additional covers unnecessary, mistakes, errors or omissions can always occur.
Our policy is intended to give peace of mind whilst Methodist church officials discharge their responsibilities, confident in the knowledge that their Home Policy will respond if, for any reason, there is no other cover available. There is no charge for the additional cover and church officials are eligible for the discount in premium available to all church members.
