You may have noticed our phone number has changed.

Don’t worry about the cost of calling us, we’ve moved to standard geographic rate 0345 numbers that are normally part of inclusive minutes for landline and mobile packages.

All of our 0845 numbers are changing to 0345 but the rest of the number will remain the same. So for our main customer services number you can ring 0345 606 1331 instead of 0845 606 1331.

In the meantime, if you do dial us on an 0845 number you will get a message suggesting you ring us back on the 0345 equivalent.

Making a claim

If you need to make a claim then you can contact us in a number of ways.

Open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, our Claims Team can be contacted by telephone on 0345 60 61 331.  This number can also be used for any out of hours enquiries.

If you suffer a serious loss or damage and need help and advice outside these times, then telephone our out of hours helpline on 0345 601 2791 (UK only) or + 44 (0) 1452 875 985 (outside UK) operated by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Ltd.
